Performance Of Hybrid Stepping Motor
a. Control accuracy: the more phase and beat the stepper motor, the higher its accuracy.
b. Low frequency characteristics: The stepper motor is prone to low frequency vibration at low speed. When it works at low speed, damping technology or subdivision technology is generally used to overcome low frequency vibration.
c. Torque frequency characteristics: The output torque of the stepper motor decreases with the increase of the speed, and it will drop sharply at high speed.
d. Overload capability: Stepper motors do not have overload capability.
e. Running performance: The stepper motor is controlled by open loop control. If the starting frequency is too high or the load is too large, steps may be lost or locked. When the speed is stopped, the overshoot may occur.
f. Speed response performance: It takes hundreds of milliseconds for the stepper motor to accelerate from standstill to working speed.
